As a solo provider, my time is dedicated to each client, and your appointments are important to me. In order to provide the best possible service to all my clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee. This policy ensures that I can manage my time efficiently and offer availability to other clients. I do understand that emergencies or illness can arise, and in those cases, please reach out to me directly at 720.300.2209, so I can handle each situation, to ensure you are not charged unnecessarily.
